Returns and Exchange Policy You can return or exchange most items within 14 days of receipt. This includes items that are damaged, defective, missing parts, or not as described.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition and packaging (including boxes, manuals, and accessories).

  • Match the item originally shipped to you without any new damage.

Fees: For all returns or exchanges, a service fee of 50 EGP plus applicable shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
